Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to get hardware to you and support it afterwards. We don't sell your data, and we don't collect anything we don't use.

What we collect

When you order: your name, business name, email, phone number and delivery address. We need all of it — the courier needs the address and a contact number, and we need the email to send your confirmation and tracking.

When you pay: nothing. Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page, not on our site. We never see or store your card details. Stripe gives us back a payment reference and the last four digits, and that's all.

When you browse: standard web analytics — pages viewed, rough location from your IP, what device you're on. We use it to work out which products need better photos, not to build a profile of you.

Where it goes

Your order details are stored in our systems and in Zoho Inventory, which is where we run our stock and invoicing. Your delivery address goes to the courier who's carrying your order. That's the extent of it.

We use these providers to run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Zoho — inventory, invoicing and email
• Transdirect — freight quoting and booking
• Vercel and Neon — hosting and database, in Australian regions

How long we keep it

Order records stay for seven years, because tax law says so. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. If you ask us to delete your details and we're not legally required to keep them, we will.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember what's in your cart, and analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. The cart cookie is essential — the store doesn't work without it. You can block the rest in your browser and everything except the analytics will keep working.

Getting your data, or getting rid of it

Email us and ask. We'll send you what we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it where we're allowed to. No form to fill in.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, this page changes with it. The date below is when it last did.
